Why Indian?

The starting point of Dubb Restaurants is undoubtedly the Spice Road. Therefore, it is inevitable to start from Indian cuisine. At this point, it was necessary to set out with the same logic here in India.

Creating the Team

Experienced chefs came from the serious hotels and restaurants of India. Indeed, since the first day, Dubb's chief cook is Vinod Kumar Chauhan.

Where are the Spices?

Transfer the spices to non-understanding in Turkey, we need to spice vaccination. Thus, Garam Masala spice became widespread in the spice shops in the Spice Bazaar. So much so that even at a few points Dubb's / Vinod's Garam Masala was called. We have constantly improved our understanding in response to the demands of both domestic and foreign guests in our country. Dubb Indian has come to this day with this understanding.

    Dubb INDIAN Restaurant

    Dubb Restaurants was founded by Mehmet Aras in March 1998 in order to add value to the food and beverage industry, to create a corporate structure in the sector and to bring a new vision to the sector. The main purpose is to blend the eating and drinking habits, architectural understanding and service understanding that are made up of different cultures and offer them to the guests.

    Indian cuisine catering service was started for all scales in response to the demands arising from the development of tourism in our country and the rising Indian market.

    Dubb ETHNIC Restaurant

    Dubb's second branch (Dubb Ethnic) was not only on India. We added Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai cuisine and presented them to our guests with a perspective that is not in our country. The more colorful and intense Dubb Indian is, the simpler the Dubb Ethnic was created. In the second branch, which was opened in the historical white wooden mansion, you can see the eating and drinking habits of many different cultures in a very harmonious way.

    Dubb Kebab Restaurant

    After presenting the request to the Asian cuisine Dubb outlooks for Turkey to introduce correctly to the guests coming from abroad kebabs symbol of the kitchen was established Dubb Kebab Restaurant. Dubb Kebab, which proved that the kebab understanding is not just meat, and that the vegetarian options are also compatible with kebab, became the choice of not only foreigners but also domestic guests as in other branches.

    Dubb INDIAN Bosphorus Restaurant

    Finally, Dubb Indian Bosphorus Restaurant, opened on the top floor of the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, is the fourth branch of Dubb. Dubb Indian Bosphorus, which has a colorful character as in the first branch, also has a modern architecture. Dubb Indian Bosphorus, which sees the Bosphorus from the best spot in the winter months and serves in the area on the top floor of the hotel and in the garden area intertwined with nature in the summer months, is among the best ethnic and fine-dining restaurants in the country.
